Guiding Principles1 Client Representation
Simply, the “Truth” and “Respect” are the Principles that guide our firm. In representing our clients, we work with them to define their objectives, but we always tell them the truth concerning their case and treat them with respect. Whether the information is good or bad, we believe that full disclosure is the best course of action. Our goal is to make sure the Client comes first and that they understand that we will use our knowledge of the law and our skill to zealously represent them in their cases. Our goal is to devise creative solutions to our clients’ legal needs by aggressively and professionally dealing with opposing parties and counsel to accomplish the best results.
2 Openness & Comunication
Relying on our Principles of Truth and Respect, we foster an environment where all parties are comfortable discussing sensitive matters. We encourage candor and directness in constructive and supportive ways to ensure clarity. We try to respond to all Client calls before the end of the business day and no later than within 24 hours.
Above all, we are committed to the highest standards of our profession. In all matters, we undertake to represent each of our clients as we ourselves would want to be represented. This includes sometimes saying NO to matters that we don’t specialize in. In those instances, we will gladly try to assist our clients in finding attorneys that specialize in those types of cases.
